Junior and Senior Infants have been learning about this special time of the year as we prepare for Christmas. We made our own advent wreath and light it everyday during Religion time. As this is the 2nd week in Advent we are lighting two purple candles. We also made a wreath from our handprints and coloured some candles. Today Ms. Hurley held an advent assembly on Zoom and we joined the rest of the school to hear more about this special time and to say some prayers together. We look forward to the birth of Jesus on Christmas Day.
