In St.Brendan's this year, we have been working towards gaining our first Amber Flag for our school.
The Pieta House Amber Flag recognises the efforts that schools make towards having an environment that supports mental well-being. This is something that we know is very important in St.Brendan's.
Our committee has been busy coming up with ideas!
So far, we have had Feel Good Fridays and Thankful Tuesdays.
We are looking forward to taking part in Mindful Mondays for the month of January where we will all practice being more aware of everything around us.
