We were delighted to welcome Sligo author Julie Patterson to our school this week.
She read her amazing children’s book called ‘Willow Wonders’ to Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class. ❤️
The children loved the story and got to ask Julie lots of questions about how she wrote the story, her inspiration and how she illustrated the beautiful pictures. 🎨
We loved learning about the characters and the process of writing a book.
We put on our wonder faces and used our imaginations throughout the story.
