On Tuesday 18th October we were delighted to accept a very kind invitation from Angela and our Ukrainian friends in Cregg House to attend a very special performance celebrating Irish and Ukrainian culture. We were treated to perfomances of Irish music and dancing and beautiful Ukrainian singing. We got to practice some Irish dance steps and each child was gifted a bag of treats to bring home. Some lucky children also received a spot prize organised by Caoimhe in Cregg House. Ms. Hurley and some of the 6th class pupils presented Angela with some chocolates for our Ukrainian friends living in Cregg House. It was a most enjoyable experience for all and we look forward to many more shared experiences together.
