What a wonderful return we have had to school!
We have started reading "The Twits" by Roald Dahl. Did you know that Roald Dahl Day is on September 13th? We are planning some exciting activities to celebrate this great author. So far, we are finding The Twits very funny and although they are horrid, we cannot wait to read on and see what tricks they get up to!
We are spending lots of time getting to know one another, especially our new classmates and teacher. For golden time this week, we worked in groups playing some games - Snap! Snakes & Ladders, word tennis and Connect 4. Some of us also did some extra drawing and colouring.
Looking forward to next week already and all the activities we will be doing in our classroom,
