On the day of our Hallowe'en Holidays, 4th and 5th Class held a bake sale in aid of Saint Brendans National School. We decorated our classroom and made it as spooky as possible...we nearly spooked ourselves out! Each of us got an opportunity to sell the scrumptious goods made by the pupils of Saint Brendans to the staff, pupils, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends of Saint Brendans!
We all had a wonderful day and even realised what great entrepreneurial skills we had!
We received so many fabulous cakes and bakes for the Hallowe'en Cake Sale, we actually had some left over by the end of the day! With these, we packed them up safely and delivered them to a local homeless shelter.
