This week in 5th and 6th Class we have been completing activities all week under the theme of World War 2. One of the activities we have done is painting with tea and coffee!
Yes you read that correctly - with tea and coffee!
We used different strengths of both to create some shading and tone in our World War 2 inspired paintings. It is an easy way of painting using items we all have at home.
Aren't the finished products just fantastic?!
How to try this at home:
You will need: containers, water, tea bag, coffee granules, paintbrush (or you could try cotton wool, cotton buds, kitchen paper, old clothes, homemade brushes, fingers!)
