Well done to all our boys and girls who took part in our annual Lá Glas celebrations to mark Lá Fhéile Pádraig. It was a jam-packed day of festivities as first we welcomed parents, grandparents and extended family to the halla where we put on a show of music, song, dance and poetry. Thanks to the teachers who prepared the pupils so well. A very special word of thanks to Ms. Kerins, our 6th class teacher and sean nòs dancer who taught every class an Irish dance over the past few weeks.
After all the performances were finished in the halla it was time for a quick break and some refreshments before we all gathered outside for our parade around the estate. Thanks to everybody who joined us and came out to support us along the way.
