Some of our senior classes had great fun taking their learning outdoors on a Maths Trail!
They headed to our newly installed basketball court to hunt for different types of lines e.g. parallel, perpendicular, horizontal and vertical. They also took on the challenge of spotting a variety of angles, including acute, right, obtuse, and reflex angles.
To finish off the lesson, Mrs. McKenna asked the children to draw their own angles on the court using chalk. It was the perfect way to combine learning with outdoor fun and look at those beautiful views!
