Sponsored Walk/Run at the ATU

What a fabulous day we had today at the ATU, for our sponsored walk/run organised by our Student Council. Pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class took to the track to complete as many laps as possible, each with their own individual goal in mind. There was great excitement and a great buzz around the track as the laps were clocked up. We were amazed at the effort that each and every pupil put in with many pupils surpassing even their own expectations. A huge well done to all of you on a great achievement.

Thanks to everybody who took time out of their busy day to join us and encourage us along the way. Thanks to those who brought teas, coffees, sandwiches and treats for pupils, parents and staff. A huge word of thanks to all those who sponsored our runners and walkers. Your contribution is very much appreciated by us all. We will be announcing the final amount raised next week.
