Finally, after 2 years of a break, St Brendan's NS returned to the field of play today, in the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol 5- 7 Teacher Football Competition.
Our girls' GAA team, made up from players from 3rd - 6th classes, played a superb game against Ardkeeran NS Riverstown.
The last minute change of venue from Coola to Cuilbeg didn't bother our girls at all. They battled hard for every ball and were very supportive of each other, however were runners up on the day. Well done to Riverstown. St Brendan's now through to Plate competition.
