Foroige Connect Safely Afterschool Programme: Pupil Application Form and Parental Consent

Following from recent concerns about the online safety of our pupils and the hidden extent of cyberbullying, we are delighted to offer a 7-week afterschool programme in St. Brendan’s NS delivered by Foroige on Wednesdays from 3-4 pm starting on 17^th April.

These sessions will each include games and activities, as well as the “Connect Safely” core content using engaging, age-appropriate methodologies.
There will be a snack and drink provided by the school.
The students will receive a certificate upon completion of the programme.
Attendance will also be rewarded with a trip to The Crib during the school day and a free pizza in town afterwards.

We strongly recommend that pupils from 5^th/6^th classes participate. When children are fully informed at this age, they may make better and safer choices in their teenage years.
